Available in four different strengths, ranging from 80 TN to 300 TN.

Manufactured exclusively in ST-52 steel with electro-welded, machined and stabilised mounting support at the end of the assembly process.

Designed to amply support the stresses to which they are subjected and especially indicated to carry out efficacies like straightening flame-cut sheets and structures. The design of these portal presses facilitates higher loading and unloading of parts, sheets or structures and gives easy access to the different straightening points without having to move the part, thanks to the lateral movement of the cylinder and the longitudinal movement of the bridge.

These hydraulic portal presses with sliding frame incorporate a double-acting cylinder with chrome-plated piston and anti-wear guides equipped with a detachable rammer to safeguard the rod, with a machined end to install various equipment, including punching equipment suitable for 6-160 mm and folding equipment suitable for 415-1 500 mm. They also contain an anti-rotation cylinder with adjustable limit switch on the front.

Equipped with a motorized hydraulic unit with two-speed automatic disconnection of the approach speed, actuated by solenoid valves and a pressure regulator. It includes a non-return valve, a pressure relief valve and a decompression valve for the cylinder. The operation and control of the lateral, longitudinal and vertical movement of the cylinder are carried out by low-voltage electrical buttons with manual and semi-automatic functions, with a switch for one or two speeds.

The TL-80 model has a manual displacement on wheels, with a mechanical blocking system. All models are supplied with a manometer in tons, hydraulic oil and an instruction manual.

All our RHTC presses comply with CE regulations and work with a hydraulic pressure lower than 320 bar to guarantee a greater durability of the presses.
